- Your order will be shipped via Sagawa Express within 2-3 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been completed, or exchanges or returns due to customer convenience.
We will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product only if the product is damaged or if the product you received is different from the product you ordered.
When exchanging a product, please return everything that was delivered. We will not be able to accept the product if any of the included shipping slips, product tags, etc. are missing.
